The Gold Coast Turf Club (GCTC) is proud to stage the inaugural SAS & National Jockeys Trust Sports Lunch to raise much needed funds for two worthy organisations, the beneficiaries of which continuously put their bodies on the line to serve or to compete.

Special Air Service (SAS) soldiers are called upon to undertake the most challenging missions behind enemy lines and often under intense and relentless fire, whilst 50kg Jockeys ride 500kg Thoroughbred race horses in close proximity at 60kms with minimal protection.

Project Excalibur which provides care and support to SAS soldiers and their families through respite holidays on the Gold Coast.

The National Jockeys Trust is dedicated to providing funds to Jockeys’ families when faced with illness, serious injury and death.

Channel 9’s Bruce Paige will be hosting a packed afternoon of entertainment, which includes the following:

Ticket availability is limited and tickets may be secured via
GCTC’s online booking system

Tickets: $130 incl. GST per person, tables of 10 may be secured by selecting 10 single tickets
